It's a cynical attempt to halt free speech and democracy enforced by a police force and law society now controlled by a corrupt political party wishing to deflect their interests of personal financial embezzlement, ineptitude at governing and support of anti UK terrorists from examination.

Poorly thought out, oppressive, practically unenforceable in most cases. This is open to misuse and is itself a tool for 'hate crime' to be committed.

The snp and all the msps who voted for this act need to be removed from office. I never voted for the hate crime bill and never will, this country was never racist but with the help of the snp and they're forever never-ending mantra we hate the english hasn't helped.
